SB1 Sensor Bridge

SB1 Sensor Bridge — Industrial Modbus TCP/IP Vibration Interface.

The SB1 Sensor Bridge is an industrial-grade bridge that connects ANURA vibration sensors to SCADA, HMI, or process control systems, enabling seamless Modbus TCP/IP integration for real-time monitoring and analysis.

Key Features

  • Effortless SCADA & PLC Integration – Communicate directly with SCADA, HMI, or process control systems via Modbus TCP/IP

  • Precision Time-Synchronized Data – Sub-5 µs synchronization from up to 8 connected sensors for accurate multi-sensor analysis

  • Industrial-Grade Reliability – Rugged IP65-rated aluminum and PA6 housing, designed for harsh industrial environments

  • Stable & Secure Ethernet Connectivity – Wired RJ45 ensures low-latency, reliable data transmission

System Overview

The SB1 Sensor Bridge transmits edge-processed vibration insights such as:

  • RMS, peak velocity, acceleration, displacement

  • Crest factor and dominant frequency
Directly to plant control systems, eliminating the need for external data loggers. Supporting up to 8 ANURA sensors (VS1 & VS10-C), it enables continuous, synchronized monitoring in real time.

Built for reliability, the SB1 operates in temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C. Its ruggedized Neutrik RJ45 Ethernet interface ensures robust and secure connectivity for industrial operations.
