TR1 Transceiver

TR1 Transceiver — Reliable Industrial Wireless Communication.

The TR1 Transceiver is a compact and durable wireless communication hub for industrial vibration monitoring. Serving as the essential link between Anura sensors (VS1 & VS10‑C) and a central gateway, it ensures high-precision, scalable, and reliable data transmission in harsh industrial environments.

Key Features

  • Seamless multi-sensor connectivity – Supports up to 8 sensors per transceiver for scalable monitoring

  • Rugged & industrial-ready – Hard anodized aluminum and PA6 casing, IP65-rated for durability

  • Precision time synchronization – Sub-5 µs accuracy for reliable multi-sensor data alignment

  • Simplified power & data handling – Powered via PoE, combining data and power in a single Ethernet cable

System Overview

The TR1 Transceiver enables high-speed 2.4 GHz wireless communication at 1 Mbps, providing robust coverage around industrial machinery. Its compact design, multiple mounting options, and optimized antenna performance ensure consistent, high-quality data transmission.

Built for harsh industrial environments, the TR1 operates reliably from -40 °C to +80 °C, making it ideal for permanent and temporary monitoring setups. By supporting multiple sensors and precise time synchronization, it enables accurate vibration analysis across complex systems.
