System Overview
The Base Hub integrates an industrial IoT gateway, network switch, and power management in one rugged unit. It connects up to four TR1 transceivers, receiving sensor data via Ethernet and forwarding it securely through MQTT to the cloud or an on-premises system.
Eliminating the need for third-party gateways, the Base Hub is a plug-and-play solution for permanent monitoring of multiple vibrating screens or other critical machinery. It supports scalable, real-time vibration data collection and analysis, making it ideal for predictive maintenance and operational optimization.
