Gunes Turan Gonultas has carved her professional path as a strategic leader, encompassing roles that underline her proficiency in sales, commercial strategy, and management. Notably, she currently serves as a Sales and Commercial Director at Fluke Reliability, a subsidiary of the esteemed Fluke Corporation. Fluke Reliability specialises in furnishing comprehensive solutions and services tailored to maintenance, reliability, and asset management. She drives the company’s mission to optimise operational efficiency within high growth markets, including the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and CIS countries.
Prior to her tenure at Fluke Reliability, Gunes took the reins as Country Manager for Fluke Corporation in Turkey. She orchestrated operations, steered sales, and invigorated business endeavors within the Turkish market. Gunes’ journey into the world of industry leaders commenced with ABB, a global entity. Throughout her journey at ABB, she embarked on a trajectory of roles from sales-oriented responsibilities to strategic positions vested in business development and marketing. Her influence extended across various facets of the automation and measurement products field, encapsulating sales, marketing, and overall business expansion.
With an academic foundation rooted in excellence, Gunes holds a degree in Control & Automation Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. Meet Mr. Gökhan Akça, a dynamic individual with an impressive educational and professional background. Born in Sinop, Turkey, in 1979, he pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at Yıldız Technical University, graduating in 2003. Building upon his academic foundation, Gökhan earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2006, followed by another Master’s degree in Business Administration from the same university in 2021.
Gökhan’s career journey began in 2006 as a Sales Engineer in a Japanese Corporation, where he demonstrated his expertise and dedication. Over the years, he excelled in his role and took on more significant responsibilities. From 2013 to 2016, he oversaw the Middle East & Africa office, leaving a lasting impact on the company’s operations in the region.
In February 2016, Gökhan’s exceptional skills led him to join Teledyne FLIR as a Sales Manager, taking charge of the Turkish market. With his outstanding performance and leadership, he currently serves as the Team Leader, overseeing diverse regions, including Middle East, Sub Sahara Africa, CIS, Israel, and Turkey.

Zulfikar Umar is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive background in Mechanical Engineering. With over two decades of hands-on experience in Predictive Maintenance, he brings extensive knowledge to the table.
Zulfikar’s expertise encompasses Asset Efficiency Optimization, Project Management, and specialized certifications in Vibration Analysis and Infrared Thermography. Lately, Zulfikar’s focus has been on Connected Technologies, Remote Diagnostics, and Cloud-based solutions. A seasoned professional with an impressive 13-year track record in the innovative tech industry, Adhir Ramborosa currently serves as Area Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa at Teledyne FLIR.
Management education from the Durban University of Technology has aptly prepared him for his leadership role. Throughout the past decade, Adhir collaborated on diverse projects with prominent industrial sites, gaining extensive experience in the Electrical Industry’s challenges and demands.
Adhir’s expertise extends to Thermal Technology and Ultrasound, making him a valuable asset for any Reliability Engineer. As a certified Thermographer, his proficiency with FLIR Thermal Cameras enhances asset reliability and performance.
Along with a master degree in mechanical engineering from National School of Engineering (France) Omar KENFAOUI, began his career within design for technical departments in railway industry) and pump manufacturing using advanced design & modeling softwares.
Omar continued his journey in the world of rotating equipment with a move to field and service engineering by joining in France one of the leaders in condition monitoring and laser alignment systems “Prüftechnik” now part of Fluke Reliability where Omar was in charge of defining solutions and root cause analysis procedure related to large & critical machinery troubleshooting.
Omar is fully dedicated for growing Fluke Reliability Path in Middle-East and Africa region where he has been involved in many industrial projects, running several trainings and services.
